Q: Is this real flower?

Yes, the flowers are real. It is a type of chrysanthemum that we processed using frozen technology to maintain the softness and beautifulness of the flower.


Q: What flower is this?

It is a type of chrysanthemum


Q: Where is the flower from?

The flower is fully imported. We processed the flower in Taiwan. 


Q: Why the flower do not wither (die)?

This is because we processed the flower using frozen technology from Japan to maintain the softness and beautifulness of the flower. 


Q: How frequent should I water the flower?

Secret garden recommend to spray only 3-5 times a week.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR FLOWER IS FULLY DRY BEFORE REPLACING ANY CAP OR COVER. 


Q: How long can the flower last without watering?

The flower do not wither(die) if you don’t water it more than a month or two. This is because, the flower needs very little of water. It can survive with only midst in the air.


Q: Where can I get the flower seeds?

We are not selling any flower seeds. Flowers are arranged and sell in various vases. 


Q: Will the flower grow longer or grow more?

No. They flower will not grow longer or grow more. This is because we have frozen them and trimmed them in to different heights to suit the size of the bottles. 


Q: Do I need to place the flower under the sun?

No. This is an indoor plant. Keep in room temperature. 

You can only put the flower under the sun for 5mins if you have just water it and when all the buds are wet. 

Note: Not to place more than 10 mins or your flower will get burnt. 


Q: Can I keep the flower in air-cond. room?

Yes of course. It is very suitable to grow in a cool dry place. 


Q: Are you the only distributor in Malaysia?

Yes, we are the sole distributor in Malaysia. 


Q: Can I place the flower in my office?

Yes of course. Little flower is very suitable to be place in room temperature or in cool dry place. 


Q: I have nose sensitivity issue / allergy to flower. Is this safe for me?

Q: When can you ship out my order?

We ship out all confirmed order within 5 business days. 

Secret Garden normally ship out on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Shall it falls on a Public Holiday, order will be ship out on the following business day. 

Shall your order and payment made after 2pm, it will be consider as next day order. 


Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

Secret Garden will ship out your order within 5 business day. 

Is all depends on location. However most order reaches the customer within 1-3 business days from the date of delivery (for Malaysia) and around 3-5 weeks for most overseas country. 


Q: I want to save shipping cost. Can I collect my order from you?

Yes, you can collect your order from our Subang Jaya office with appointment make at least a day prior to collection date. Please contact +6011-3990 9462


Q: Who will be paying for the shipping fees?

All shipping cost has to be borne by you or your customer.


Q: How much is the shipping fees?

Shipping and handling costs for Peninsular (West Malaysia) will be RM 9.00/kg and RM 15.00/kg for East Malaysia. 

For Overseas, please refer to shipping rate displayed for each order. 


Q: Is packaging included?

Yes, all orders include box and care instruction card. 


Q: Can I get discount if I don’t want your packaging?

We are sorry. This is not allowed. 


Q: These are fragile item. If break during delivery will you replace?

Yes. If the item is break when you receive them, Secret Garden will replace a new one for you provided you inform us within 3 days and MUST ship back the break item to Secret Garden within 7 days from date of receive.

Q: Can I choose color of the flower?

Sorry. You cannot choose the color. All color is already pre-match and we ship out randomly. 


Q: Can you ship to overseas?

Yes. We do ship to overseas. US, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Brunei are available. For other countries, please contact support@thesecretgarden.com.my


Q: Where can I meet you? I want to see the samples.

No you can only collect your online order from our office shall you do not want us to ship your order.

Sorry. We are not open for public.


Q: Which color is suitable for me?

Q: What is the price range of the product?

Q: Can I buy only flower?

No. Sorry, we don’t sell only flower. It is all pre-arrange into glasses and it is fully imported. 


Q: Is there any 1 day delivery service?

Sorry it is not available until further notice. 


Q: Will the flower wither (die) during shipping?

No. As we explained earlier, we processed the flower using advance Japan technology and the flower will not wither even if you don’t water more than a month. 


Q: The flowers are upside down when I receive. What should I do?

If the flowers are upside down, then you have to gentle move the flower span to the bottom of the glass and cover it with the grass. 

Note: Please be gentle as the flower and its stem are fragile and can break easily. We don’t replace a new one if you have accidentally broken them. 


Q: Can I change the flowers into another glass?

Yes you may although we don’t encourage it because the flowers are very fragile. 


Q: The glass looks dusty. How to clean up?

Use a piece of damn cloth to clean up the outer part. For inner part, you may clea up with a piece of dry tissue paper. 


Q: Can I cancel my order? How?

Yes you may cancel within 24 hours and there will be an admin penalty charge RM 20.00 per each item cancelled. 


Q: Can I change the shipping address after I place the order?

Yes you may change within 24 hours and there will be an admin penalty charge RM 20.00 for changes of address. 


Q: Is the promotion on Facebook (FB) also applied to your shop?

No. Facebook promotional item is exclusive for Facebook fans.

About Dropship Agent

Q: How many type of agent are there?

There are 3 types of agent in total – Bronze, Silver, Gold. 


Q: What are the agent fees for each of the type?

Bronze – RM 100

Silver – RM 300

Gold – RM 800


Q: What are the differences between each type of the agent?

The main differences are agent fees and commission. 

For Bronze agent, agent fees is RM 100 and commission earn from sales is 25% 

For Silver agent, agent fees is RM 300 and commission earn from sales is 30% 

For Gold agent, agent fees is RM 800 and commission earn from sales is 35% 


Q: What are the requirements to be an agent?

As long as you are aged 16 and above, then you are entitle to apply as our drop ship agent. 


Q: What benefit will I get joining as drop ship agent?

As a drop ship agent, you are not required to keep any stock and Secret Garden will arrange the shipment for you whenever you have an order from customer. 

Also, you will earn attractive commission by just promoting Secret Garden online through your own website, Facebook, etc. 

You can also earn commission when you refer your friend to join as Secret Garden agent. Furthermore, you will also be pay when they make sales!


Q: Can I join if I am not Malaysian? 

Yes, of course. 


Q: Do I need to keep stock?

No. As a drop ship agent, you are not advice to keep your own stock. Secret Garden will deliver for you when you place an order. 


Q: What is the minimum amount I have to order?

You can place an order of any amount. No minimum is required. 


Q: What is my sales target for each month?

The good news is … You are not asked to hit any target!


Q: How much is my commission?

It is all depends on the agent type you had join. 

Bronze – 20% 

Silver – 25% 

Gold – 30%


Q: When can I get pay for my commission?

Secret Garden pays all commission on 15th of every month. All commission earn from last month will be paid on the following month. 

Example: Commission earn from 1st March to 31st March will be pay in 15th April. 


Q: How do I receive my commission?

You need to update your bank information after you have login to your agent account under setting tab. Secret Garden will then pay to your account timely. 


Q: How do I join as an agent? 

To become an agent, you need to fill your particulars at http://www.thesecretgarden.com.my/agent/register


Q: I have already register as drop ship agent. How do I place an order? 

To place an order, please follow the steps here. 

1) Login to your account 

2) Go to order tab and select New order

3) Fill up the receiver’s details

4) Click on add / edit product 

5) Place number of quantity you wish to order for each product 

6) Click on update cart at the end of the form

7) Check your order to confirm it is correct and click on confirm order button 

8) Select payment method and click on proceed to payment 

9) Follow the steps for payment processing


Q: Order will ship to me or direct to my customer?

All order will be shipped to the Shipping address as filled up in order form. 


Q: Will I get commission if I refer a friend?

Yes. There are 2 types of referral commission. 

Commission per agent referred. 

Bronze – RM 25.00 if agent fees are paid

Silver – RM 50.00 if agent fees are paid

Gold – RM 100.00 if agent fees are paid


Q: Do I get commission if my referral refers a friend?

No. You only get commission if you refer agent to us and they must sign up using your referral link given.

Q: Where can I get my referral link?

Please login to your account, go to Sales Kit > Referral  > Method > Method 1 – Share your link


Q: Do I get commission when my referral makes sales?

Yes. You will get 3% commission from total sales of your referred agent. 


Q: Where can I sell the flower?

You can promote the product online through your own website, blogs, Facebook, online store like e-bay.com or lelong.com, etc. 


Q: As an agent, what resources (marketing material) will Secret Garden provide?

For agent resources, please login to your account. Go to Sales Kit > Agent Resources. 

We have Product Brochure, Product Images, Product Video and News of the product.


Q: Can I use the images and information from your website in my blog or FB?

Yes, for promotion in blog or in Facebook this is allowed. 


Q: Can I get a hard copy of the brochure or the catalog?

Sorry, we do not provide any hard copy for brochure or catalog.


Q: Any video for me to promote?

Yes. Please login to your account. Go to Sales Kit > Agent Resources 


Q: Where to get description of the product?

Q: Can I stop being an agent anytime? Any cost to terminate?

Yes. Just contact us to cancel your account. No cost for termination. 


Q: Can I upgrade my agent type?

Yes you can upgrade anytime. Just top-up the differences according to current market price for each level and contact us shall you have difficulties to upgrade yourself. 


Q: I want to become an agent. Who should I contact?

To become an agent, just fill up the registration form available at http://www.thesecretgarden.com.my/agent/register


Q: When can you ship out my order?

We ship out all confirmed order within 5 business days.

Q: What I have to do after I make payment join as agent?

You will receive a confirmation letter joining as an agent. 

You have to login to your account and update your bank details. 

Then, you can start promoting Secret Garden using Sales Kit provided. 

You can also invite your friend to join you as an agent using recommended method in Referral. 


Q: Can I cancel my order? How?

Yes you may cancel within 24 hours by contacting sales@thesecretgarden.com.my and there will be an admin penalty charge of RM 20.00 per each item cancelled. 


Q: Can I change the shipping address after I place the order?

Yes you may change within 24 hours and there will be an admin penalty charge RM 20.00 for changes of address. 


Q: Do I get commission promoting your Facebook (FB) promotional item? 

No. Commission for sales can only earn if you order from your agent account and only promotional item listed in agent panel. 


Q: When should I renew my agent membership?

No renewal is required. Your membership is valid for life time until further notice. 

However, if there is no transaction in your account for 3 months continuously, your account will turn into inactive and Secret Garden reserves the rights to remove all inactive account.

To reactivate an inactive account, please contact support@thesecretgarden.com.my and there will be a charges of RM50 administration fee.


Q: Do you have stock sample for me showing to potential buyer?

For stock sample, please refer to catalog in your Sales Kit. 


Q: I want to order an item in catalogue but not in the order form?

If the product item not listed in the order form meant no more in production.


Q: When will be the stock in for out of stock item?
We have already make order from production but this depend availability of the glass. Sometimes it may take weeks to even month. And, if the glass is no longer available, we will remove the item from order list. 

Q: How to check shipping cost for each product? 
When you place an order, our system will automatically calculate relevant shipping cost for you. Shipping cost is based on per KG. 

Q: My customer from overseas. Can I sell at different currency? How? 
Yes, you may sell the product to your customer at any local currency. However as Secret Garden only accepts Ringgit Malaysia (RM), therefore payment for all order you placed with Secret Garden have to be in RM.

About Distributor


Q: What are the difference between agent and distributor?

Distributor is for those are selling offline (ex. store, retailer). 

Distributor need to buy a minimum volume of stock. This depend on the distributor type.

Distributor need to be responsible on the stock collection, delivery , taxes and custom  clearance if located at overseas.

Distributor need to be responsible on any damage during the delivery and all stock out will be not returnable.

Distributor need to pay for money transfer fee charged by 3rd party payment gateway (ex. paypal, bank, etc).

 

Q: How many type of distributor?

Normal distributor and exclusive distributor. 


Q: What are the differences between each type of the distributor

Normal distributor fee is RM1000 (one time joining fees, non refundable) and every stock order must be RM2000 or more after discount of 40%.

Exclusive distributor fee depend on the place and country. The minimum order volume will be few hundred thousand.
